THE VENUE

Located in Jesup, Georgia, a small town roughly 1 hour southeast of Savannah, Georgia.

Under the Chandelier offers a classy, industrial and outdoorsy, yet totally chic feel.

Grand Chandelier Room

This unique industrial-chic venue will hold up to 300 guests (has climate control) and can be decorated many different ways. One end contains a beautiful aged barn board look while the other end is a brick wall. Please call for pricing and availability.

Our Outdoor Garden Space

Enjoy the outdoors from our beautiful 2 acre garden area. This space can be used for outdoor ceremonies, tented space, cocktail hour, or other activities.

The Petite Chandelier Room

Perfect for Birthday Parties, Showers, Family Gatherings, Civic Club Meetings, Social Clubs, etc, this room will hold up to 50-60 guests & has it’s own private entrance and restroom (handicap).  

VENUE RENTAL PRICING

  • 8hrs. $1299. (Please note, wedding fee is different as weddings require more than 8 hrs.)

    Full 8 Hour Day Grand Chandelier Room Rental Includes all tables and chairs up to 100 guests, (More tables and chairs can be added for an additional fee.)

    Included at no additional Fee: Dance Floor, Ceiling Drapes, Wall of Sheers and Lights, 2-1/2 Acre Back Garden Area with Fountain, Arbor, Bistro Lights, Fire Pit. (Lawn Games available for RENT) Plenty of FREE Parking, Handicap Accessible Restrooms, Central Heat and Air.

    Additional Time may be added for $100/hour. Client required to clean up unless UTC is providing decorations and catering.

  • 4 hrs. $699.

    Morning - 10am-2pm

    Afternoon - 2pm - 6pm

    Evening - 6pm - 11pm (5 hours)

Client required to clean up unless UTC is providing decorations and catering, then we do the cleanup.

    **Linens available for rent $18.50/table, We will place them on the tables for you. We take care of the laundering.

    **BEST VALUE: Venue Rental, Catering, and Decorations (COMPLETE PACKAGE) You walk in, enjoy your event, and walk out. We do all the set up and clean up. Call us for custom pricing!
